Combo systems usually combine the best of two or more worlds into one package. Sometimes the end results are digital paradise and sometimes it’s a mismatch of products that were probably a last minute invention of some bored R&D department. Not the Curtis LCDVD326A.

Features
Design – The visual aesthetics of the fascia are smooth and sans any clutter. In fact, the only obstruction you’ll see from the front of the TV is the tiny remote sensor and the power indicator light. Most everything is else is neatly hosted on the right side of the unit.
DVD Player – The out-of-the way single-disc, slot-loading DVD player is located near the top of the right-hand side of the television. Access to the DVD player is not obstructed when the TV is mounted on the wall.
Parental Controls – A menu with eight levels—Kid Safe, G, PG, PG13, PGR, R, NC17, and Adult—are available to keeping your children’s viewing selections safe. And yes, the can change the password changed but is limited to a maximum of six digits (no letters).
MP3 – After placing the media into the DVD player, a main menu directory will display allowing for song selection using the up/down and left/right arrow buttons located in the center of the remote control.
JPEG Viewing – After placing the media into the DVD player, a main menu directory will display allowing for image selection using the up/down and left/right arrow buttons located in the center of the remote control.
Remote Control – Buttons are laid out in a user-friendly fashion with power, channel numbers, volume up/down, and channel up/down located at the top. The TV/Video button switches between TV/Video, S-Video, Component 1, Component 2, PC, HDMI 1, HDMI 2, and DVD.
